Disclosed is a magnetorheological elastic texturing control device for reducing micro-vibration and noise and a method thereof. The present invention controls the surface shape of a magnetorheological elastic body through a magnetic field when a stick-slip occurs. According to the present invention, the device can be applied to various fields where vibration due to relative contact with rubber occurs by solving a problem of noise and micro-vibration due to the stick-slip.
