The present invention provides a branched first nucleic acid structure having a cyclic terminal; Liposome-nucleic acid nano fusion for quantitative diagnosis of multiple ribonucleic acid markers, wherein the nucleic acid nanostructures having a branched second nucleic acid structure having a cyclic terminal are bonded to the surface thereof in a liposome. The present invention relates to a theoretical stability evaluation method, an imaging system utilizing the nanofusions for disease diagnosis, and a manufacturing method of the nanofusions. Using liposome-nucleic acid nanofusions according to the present invention, quantitative comparison of RNA expression patterns among various cell lines and differences between cells in a single cell line can be confirmed, and thus cancer-specific expression in cells obtained in actual clinical trials. Multiple real-time diagnosis of RNA markers is possible, and based on this, it is possible to easily obtain information necessary for diagnosis and treatment.
