The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a Mo-Si-B alloy and a Mo-Si-B alloy. More specifically, the manufacturing method for a Mo-Si-B alloy includes: a step of manufacturing Mo-Si-B base raw material powder including a Mo_5SiB_2 phase, a Mo_3Si phase, and a Mo phase; a step of manufacturing a La precursor mixture by performing wet mixing of the raw material powder and a La precursor; a step of manufacturing Mo-Si-B composite powder in which La_2O_3 oxide is dispersed by calcining the La precursor mixture; and a step of manufacturing a pallet of the composite powder. The present invention is to provide the manufacturing method for a Mo-Si-B alloy in which the La_2O_3 oxide is dispersed, capable of performing excellent reinforcement effect and miniaturizing crystal grains.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
