The present invention relates to a device for breaking tempered glass for saving lives. More specifically, the device for breaking tempered glass for saving lives comprises: a case having an internal space and a penetration hole; a pressing means providing tempered glass with pressing power to break the tempered glass, and including an electrically-driven cylinder accommodated in the case, a pressing bar mounted on the electrically-driven cylinder, moving straight in the longitudinal direction of the electrically-driven cylinder by driving of the electrically-driven cylinder, and pressing the tempered glass while advancing towards the tempered glass in a state of penetrating the penetration hole, and a pressing tip detachably coupled to an end of the pressing bar and formed in a sharp shape to come in contact with the tempered glass; and a fixing means which is installed on the outside of the case and attaches the case to the tempered glass. The pressing bar has a variable length. According to the present invention, movement and transport are facilitated, and tempered glass can be broken by automatically applying a pressure to the tempered glass by using small electric energy while being firmly attached to the tempered glass.
