The present invention relates to a binary vector for plant transformation, which edits a gene cording brassica rapa drought stress tolerance 71 (BrDST71) closely related to regulation of drought stress tolerance of brassica rapa ssp. pekinensis, which is to provide a gene related to drought stress tolerance of the brassica rapa ssp. pekinensis with an editing method. According to the present invention, drought stress tolerance can be improved by inhibiting the expression by editing a gene of the BrDST71, and a corresponding transformant can be used as a main breeding system for introducing a drought stress tolerance trait when breeding brassica rapa ssp. pekinensis since brassica crops are sensitive to damage by a drying environment so the yield is reduced due to a growth disorder so as to give a severe damage to a farm house and a consumer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
