The present invention relates to a forest fire monitoring device using a drone and to a forest fire monitoring system using a drone. The forest fire monitoring device using a drone comprises: a wireless charging pad which rotates 360 degrees; a drone which charges a battery provided in accordance with the wireless power supplied from the wireless charging pad and photographing an image outside the forest fire monitoring device using a camera provided in accordance with the rotation of the wireless charging pad; and a control unit controlling the rotation of the wireless charging pad and wireless charging for the drone. The forest fire monitoring device using a drone can detect a forest fire occurrence event from the image photographed by the drone.
