The present invention relates to a 3D view-based block import and export simulation apparatus. According to the present invention, it is possible to pre-check whether there is interference between a hull factory and a block at the time of block import and export by performing a block import / export simulation using a 3D view-based hull factory model and a process-specific block model, so that the site can be proactively taken against an interference site. In addition, it is possible to prevent the process delay caused by it.
