According to one embodiment of the present invention, a volunteer activity authentication system comprises: a volunteer terminal through which volunteer authentication information is issued for a volunteer organization to authenticate a volunteer activity through a volunteer activity authentication platform; a service organization representative terminal for generating a volunteer organization code (code 3) using the volunteer activity authentication platform; and a management server which encrypts scan information scanned by the volunteer organization code (code 3) at a first volunteer terminal and stores the encrypted information in a blockchain in a distributed manner to be registered and managed, transmits volunteer activity start/end information and volunteer identity information of a volunteer recorded in the scan information to a terminal in charge of the volunteer organization, and issues details of the volunteer activity when the details of the volunteer activity is requested from the volunteer terminal.
