A system for implementing a virtual body according to an aspect of the present invention includes a scan data input unit that receives body data photographed by a scanner, a virtual body generation unit that implements a virtual body based on the scan data, and a blank portion lacking data in the virtual body. It includes a blank search unit for detecting, an alternative data search unit for searching for substitute data that can be substituted for the blank portion among stored data, and a blank complement for inserting the searched replacement data into the blank portion.
