The present invention relates to an integrated ICT monitoring water management system for smart water city construction and an integrated control server therefor. Specifically, the system comprises: a connection node terminal (400) which collects, through a wired/wireless communication method, initial flow amount and flow rate information measured by a smart meter (30), water quality information measured by a first sensor device unit (40) and a second sensor device unit (50), immediately previous flow amount and flow rate information (or water pressure information) measured by a water pressure detection sensor (70) and provided to a consumer (90), and leakage information measured by a leak detection sensor (60); and an integrated control server (600). According to the present invention, it is possible to advance water supply service operation management tasks.
