A system for accounting of research expenses comprises: a communication unit configured to receive a deposit transaction history for research expenses; an import decision registration unit configured to receive information on import registration for each project on the research expenses; a deposit processing unit configured to store information on deposit account for each project and distribute deposit amount of the research expenses of the deposit transaction history into one or more deposit accounts based on the information on the import registration for each project; and a statement processing unit configured to generate an accounting statement for research expenses distribution to the one or more deposit accounts. By using the system for accounting of the research expenses, research expenses related to multiple projects may be automatically distributed when the research expenses related to the multiple projects are deposited in one case, import decision based on expenditure information may be collectively and automatically processed, and additional tax processing of tax task may be automatically processed through financial interlocking.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
