Disclosed is a next-generation naval panoramic synchronous display apparatus with a target fusion function for an infra-red search and track (IRST) and multi-functional radar (MFR) targeted video. According to the present invention, the next-generation naval panoramic synchronous display apparatus comprises: an IRST target information reception module receiving IRST target information; an MFR target information reception module receiving MFR target information; and a target display module matching and fusing the IRST target information received from the IRST target information reception module and the MFR target information received from the MFR target information reception module with each other to display the fused target information. Accordingly, the azimuths of an IRST display touch screen and an MFR display touch screen are synchronized with each other to panoramically display all directions and targets so IRST targets are compared with MFR targets in all directions, thereby easily and correctly identifying the targets.
