Provided is a system for providing a research project management service based on integration with ERP and groupware. The present invention includes a research project management service provision server including: a registration terminal registering proposal data, selecting and registering an evaluator to evaluate an enterprise that provided the proposal data and the proposal data, making a project status inquiry to correspond to at least one search word, registering a finalized research project, making an inquiry on and registering the project status by year, managing a participating researcher by project and a participation rate by participating researcher after the registration of the project status by year, registering and managing project outcome, registering a cost history based on an initial budget and a use history by annual project, and registering achievement data calculated as a project execution resu a registration unit on which the proposal data registered at the registration terminal is registered; an assignment unit selecting at least one evaluator terminal to evaluate the proposal data and the enterprise and assigning the proposal data; a search unit causing the registration terminal to output current status data of a project corresponding to a search word in a case where the search word for project status inquiry is input at the registration terminal; a calculation unit automatically and regularly calculating the participation rate and a payment amount in accordance with the participation time and time charge by participating researcher registered at the registration terminal; a storage unit storing the project outcome registered at the registration terminal for project code mapping; a management unit registered with and managing the initial budget and the use history; and an achievement unit storing the registered achievement data on a database.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
