The present invention relates to a culture apparatus for propagating mushroom spawn. In particular, the culture apparatus injects clean air into a sealed chamber with a higher pressure than the atmospheric pressure and slowly rotates a casing containing an activation material inside the chamber, thereby circulating the air therein, so as to increase the activity of mushroom spawn that propagates in liquid. Thus, the culture apparatus can reduce the culturing time for the spawn; can prevent the spawn from dying by allowing a robust growth of the spawn; and can increase the production of the mushroom. The culture apparatus comprises, as main components: a frame placed on the bottom surface; a chamber placed in an upper part of the frame and has open one side portion; a cover which is coupled to the open one side portion of the chamber to open and close; an activator which is installed on one side of the chamber to rotate an activation material inside the chamber; and an air injection valve which injects clean air into an inner space of the chamber, with a higher pressure than the atmospheric pressure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
