The present invention relates to an apparatus for detecting and informing obstacles to a fire shutter to increase efficiency in obstacle detection and notification management. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a fire shutter apparatus unit installed on a passage of a building for firefighting purposes and operated in a fire to block the passage and prevent the fire from being spread; an obstacle detection unit detecting obstacles stacked within an operation range of the fire shutter apparatus unit to output an obstacle detection signal; and an obstacle informing unit outputting an obstacle informing signal corresponding to the received obstacle detection signal.
