The aramid composite material of the present invention includes aramid fabric prepreg (1), aramid fabric laminate (2), thermoplastic adhesive film (3), unidirectional fabric (4), thermoplastic adhesive film (5), aramid fabric laminate (6) and The aramid fabric prepregs 7 have a stacked structure in turn. The aramid composite of the present invention improves the adhesion between the unidirectional fabric 4 and the aramid fabric laminates 2 and 6, preventing separation between layers constituting the aramid composite during helmet molding, thereby improving helmet formability. In addition, the aramid composite material of the present invention and the helmet made of the same absorb shock well when impacted, and have excellent ballistic resistance, while being lightweight and minimizing rear deformation when impacted.
