The present invention relates to glasses for a helmet which can be opened in front of a user by rotating a glasses member in a status where the glasses member is mounted in a one-touch manner on a helmet, or open user′s eyes by reversing the glasses member. The present invention includes: a helmet fixing member (100) fixed to a helmet (10) worn on the head of the user; a glasses mounting member (200) detachably mounted in a one-touch type on the helmet fixing member (100); and the glasses member (300) which is rotated in a status rotationally fixed to the eyeglass mounting member (200) and positioned in front of the user′s eyes.
