The present invention relates to a method for producing a leather pouch. The purpose of the present invention is to recycle wasted leather and environmentally-friendly improve the functions of leather. The method comprises: a raw leather processing step of processing raw split leather; a leather cutting step of cutting the processed raw split leather; a leather bonding step of connecting and bonding the cut raw split leather; a pouch forming step of turning bonded leather inside out and folding the top thereof to form a pouch; and a post-processing step of post-processing the formed pouch. According to the present invention, the quality of leather can be improved, and environmentally-friendly properties are secured.
