The present invention provides a grouting automatic control system including: a grout composition with improved adhesion to the low-temperature ground; and an injection pump in which quality of the grout is maintained by improving the reaction speed while injecting the grout at quantitative and static pressure without a pressure difference, abrasion due to friction with solid substances such as sand mixed with grout is suppressed, and mortar as a nozzle injection material is easily used.
