The present invention relates to a manufacturing message specification (MMS)-based industrial Internet of things (IoT) platform using a unidirectional data transfer technique, to protect a network of a high security level from the outside. According to the present invention, the MMS-based industrial IoT platform comprises: a first network group performing communications between a client and a server based on an MMS protocol and transmitting a message by applying message queueing telemetry transport (MQTT) communication; a second network group independent of the first network group, has a lower security level than that of the first network group, performing communications between the client and the server based on the MMS protocol to control an industrial apparatus, and transmitting a message by applying the MQTT communication; and a bridge broker connected to a broker of the first network group and a broker of the second network group to replay message issuance and reading between the first network group and the second network group, and considering the security level to determine a communication direction.
