The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a two-dimensional amorphous photonic crystal structure and a two-dimensional amorphous photonic crystal structure manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method of a two-dimensional amorphous photonic crystal structure comprises the steps of: disposing a wicking pad on a substrate having at least one hole and absorbing liquid by a capillary phenomenon; applying dispersion liquid containing magneto-plasmonic nanoparticles on the substrate while forming a magnetic field on a lower portion of the substrate; and drying the applied dispersion liquid.
