The present invention relates to a direct-write type writing instrument, the purpose of which is to prevent the leakage of ink by flowing the air inside the ink tank against external temperature or pressure conversion. That is, the present invention is characterized in that three or more regulator nibs formed at equal intervals are formed on the outer periphery of the ink discharge pipe of the ink discharge cap in the direct-type writing instrument. Accordingly, the present invention has an effect of preventing the leakage of ink due to the flow of air inside the ink tank against external temperature or pressure conversion.
