The present invention relates to an anhydrosugar alcohol-based urethane-modified polyol composition and a toughening agent for an epoxy resin comprising the same, and an epoxy resin composition comprising the toughening agent, and more specifically, a monosaccharide alcohol-alkylene glycol, a dianhydrose Alcohol-alkylene glycol, and an alkylene oxide adduct of one or more polymers of monohydric alcohol and dianhydrose alcohol, such as number average molecular weight (Mn), polydispersity index (PDI), and hydroxyl value.
