Reselection between normal core network and dedicated core network

Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to techniques for selecting a core network. As described herein, the user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of services provided by the first core network (CN). The UE may take action to reselect from the first CN to the second CN to access a set of services not provided by the first core network. When the UE wants services that are not available on the CN to which it is currently connected, the UE can send a setup request message requesting the desired services.
