The present invention discloses a seismic reinforced thermal crossing type building exterior panel assembly and a construction structure thereof. The seismic reinforcement thermal cross-cutting architectural exterior panel assembly and its construction structure according to the present invention are a support frame for seismic reinforcement installed on the rim of a frame panel made of a square plate and the support frame for seismic reinforcement flow to a truss frame of a building structure. It consists of an assembly including a heat-interrupting bracket unit to support it in a possible state, and the support frame for seismic reinforcement includes a chassis frame supported by the frame panel and a guide rail that extends to the end of the frame panel and is aligned around the rim of the frame panel. And, the heat-interrupted bracket unit includes a first bracket member installed on a truss frame of a building structure, a second bracket member and a first bracket member coupled to the guide rail of the support frame for seismic reinforcement and supported in a flowable state. It characterized in that it comprises a heat insulating member interposed between the second bracket member as a connecting member. According to this configuration, since the external force applied by earthquakes is continuously converted into horizontal and vertical vibrations and absorbed, the thermal conductivity is different from the bracket unit supporting the exterior panel assembly to the truss frame of the building structure as well as improving the seismic reinforcement performance. Since the heat-insulating member is interposed to effectively block and suppress the heat bridge phenomenon, it is possible to effectively improve the energy efficiency of the building by improving the heat loss suppression performance by effectively preventing condensation and improving insulation.
