The present design consists of an arc-shaped frame, both ends, an opening, and an inner lower bent part, and the inner surface of the arc-shaped frame is the forehead and the head circumference connected to both sides of the forehead. Both inner lower bent portions formed at both ends of the outer circumference pressurize the side of the head circumference connected to both sides of the forehead, and the back side of the head circumference connected to both sides of the forehead, and the elastic belt core material is applied to both sides of the forehead and forehead. The present invention relates to an elastic band core material for a headband of awning hair that does not flow down from the side of the connected head circumference, and that the elastic band core material is stably attached and detached from the outer circumference of the head circumference without pressure.
