The utility model relates to the field of medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology and 3D-modeling. Simulate the temporal bone on a computer using CT images in a special program. Next, the resulting master model is divided into three parts, and the section planes of this model pass strictly along the three knees of the facial nerve canal. Each of the three parts is separately printed on a 3D powder printer, then the silicone molds are removed from them. Fill artificial plasticite. The resulting parts of the temporal bone are manually connected in series using colorless gel-based glue. In this case, the path of the facial nerve canal in its three knees is preliminarily laid with yellow polymer thread. The proposed model fully and on the same scale repeats the complex anatomy of the temporal bone and makes it possible to master the basic skills for beginning otosurgeons. Under the conditions of import substitution, the cost of a domestic analogue of artificial temporal bone is 5-7 times cheaper than foreign analogues. This tutorial can be used to educate students, graduate students and residents of medical schools throughout the Russian Federation.
