FIELD: ecology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental safety and reclamation. Method is implemented by adding organic-mineral ameliorant to the recultivated soil in ratio of 10:1 to 15:1 with mixing. Organo-mineral ameliorant consists of two parts of drill cuttings and one part of bio-composting product of oil sludge (OS) and oil-contaminated soil (OCS) obtained by mixing OS, OCS, organic structure and oil-oxidising microflora. Potentially fertile layer of soil is formed with thickness of not less than 300 mm. Bio-composting is performed at the periodical site - once in 7–10 days - by mixing compost, moistening it to 5 l/m2 and controlling content of oil products. Seedling perennial herbaceous plants are planted, which planting in the first season is regularly watered with solutions of salts of humic acids with dilution of the concentrate in proportion 1:200.;EFFECT: method improves efficiency of reclamation of technogenic loose soils due to formation of potentially fertile layer of soil with thickness of not less than 300 mm and provides utilization of drilling sludge with its reuse.;1 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex
