FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used for assessment of renal parenchyma remodelling process after resolution of obstruction in urolithiasis. That is ensured by taking a urine sample from an affected kidney and determining therein by a solid-phase immunoenzymometric analysis of the concentration of interleukin-8 (IL-8), monocyte chemotactic factor-1 (MCP-1) and creatinine. Concentration values of IL-8 and MCP-1 are recalculated to medians with calculating the coefficient K1, as well as separately creatinine concentration with calculating coefficient K2. Remodelling index K equal to the ratio K1 and K2 is determined. Herewith K  1.85 indicates progression of pathological processes in kidney parenchyma, while K ≤ 1.85 shows their reduction.;EFFECT: invention provides a comprehensive analysis of the main pathophysiological processes developing after resolution of obstruction in urolithiasis, ensuring high reliability of the obtained results, high sensitivity of the technique due to wider range of analysed biomarkers.;1 cl, 4 ex
