Filter is made on the basis of two multidifferential operational amplifiers and contains resistors and capacitors, wherein first (9) capacitor is connected between second (2) input of device and first (5) output of device connected to inverting input of first input port of second (8) MOA, second (10) capacitor is connected between third input (3) of device and second (6) output of device, first (11) resistor is connected between output of first (7) MOA and first (5) output of device, non-inverting input of first input port of first (7) MOA is connected to device second (6) output, inverting input of second input port of first (7) MOA is connected to output of first (7) MOA, inverting input of second input port of second (8) MOA is connected to output of second (8) MOA, non-inverting input of second input port of second (8) MOA is connected to device second output (6), second (12) resistor connected between output of second (8) MOA and second (6) output of device, third (13) resistor, non-inverting input of second input port of first (7) MOA is connected to first (5) output of device and through third (13) resistor is connected to device fifth (14) input.;EFFECT: technical result consists in providing independent adjustment of Q-factor of AFC pole, at which transmission coefficient and frequency of AFC pole, which depend on other parameters of elements, remain constant.;7 cl, 1 tbl, 14 dwg
