Summary of invention consists in the fact that, using method 13C NMR spectroscopy, spectrum signals are related 13C polyoxydonium with specific methylene groups of N-oxide 1,4-ethylene piperazine and (N-carboxymethyl)-1,4-ethylene-piperazinium, identifying their characteristic signals and measuring values of normalized integral intensities of characteristic signals of the same number of methylene groups of N-oxide 1,4-ethylene piperazine and (N-carboxymethyl)-1,4-ethylene-piperazinium.;EFFECT: possibility of identifying a pharmaceutical substance "Polyoxidonium" and dosage forms based on it, confirming the presence of the main structural fragments and determining their molar ratio – oxidation and alkylation degree.;3 cl, 6 dwg
