That is ensured by administering botulinum toxin type A into the axillary region. Introduction is performed in 20–30 units in three points: a thoracic wall contraction area, a region of a tendon transition to the inner surface of the shoulder and a middle of a tendon in the axillary cavity. 2 days after the injection, active gymnastics and an upper extremity extension are performed.;EFFECT: method provides reducing the length of rehabilitation and reducing pain syndrome by reducing scar changes and lymphatic vessel relaxation.;1 cl, 3 dwg
