An anterior wall of the urinary bladder is fixed along its contour to an endopelvic fascia in front and an absorbable material in a lateral continuous suture.;EFFECT: disclosed method enables recovering a significant portion of connective tissue fixation apparatus of prostate and bladder neck, improving functional results, namely early retention of urine following radical prostatectomy.;1 cl, 1 ex, 8 dwg
