FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to road construction materials. Disclosed is a road-building material, which is man-made reinforced soil, which consists of soil-slurry mixture and complex organic binder. Note here that soil-slurry mixture contains mineral soil and slurry mix while complex organic binder contains portland cement and slowly decomposing emulsion with organic binder. Slurry mixture is pre-treated with portland cement drilling slurry.
