FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil producing industry, namely, to deposit development systems with application of reservoir pressure maintenance. Method of non-stationary development of low-permeability reservoirs, at which drilling of horizontal wells is performed, at that horizontal boreholes of wells are located with shift along azimuth more than 10 degrees relative to direction of maximum horizontal stress in formation. Multi-stage hydraulic fracturing of the formation is carried out in wells. Extraction is performed in at least two wells; at least one of said wells is used as injection well by injection of working fluid. Working fluid is pumped into at least one injection well with pressure exceeding over pressure of hydraulic fracturing. At breakthrough of fluid from injection well along cracks of auto-HFT at least to one well, which is in production mode, production well is stopped. Working fluid is pumped into the injection well till the volume of the working fluid pumped into the injection well exceeds the total volume of the liquid extracted from the production well at the previous stages; the injection well is stopped and production is performed.;EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of low-permeability reservoirs and simplification of production process.;14 cl, 5 dwg
