FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for use in implant prosthetics. Dental implant kit comprising a dental implant and prosthetic components for fixing a single dental prosthesis in the upper and lower jaws of a patient and comprising a transepithelial sleeve, a first screw, an upper portion and a second screw. Upper end of the dental implant and the lower end of the transepithelial sleeve are connectable together by the first connection, and upper end of transepithelial sleeve and lower end of upper part are made with possibility of connection by means of second connection, wherein first screw is configured to pass through transepithelial sleeve and screwed into a blind threaded hole of the dental implant, attaching the transepithelial sleeve to the dental implant, and the second screw is configured to pass through the upper portion and screwed into a blind threaded hole of the first screw, attaching the upper part to the transepithelial sleeve. First connection between the lower end of the transepithelial sleeve and the upper end of the dental implant is counter-rotating. Second connection between the upper end of the transepithelial sleeve and the lower end of the upper part is a counter-coupler. Anti-rotation geometry of the first joint and counter-rotating geometry of the second joint have the same shape and aligned in the direction of the central longitudinal axis of the dental implant.;EFFECT: invention enables to have a non-rotating transepithelial support which, in addition to providing elongation or enlargement of the head of the implant, so that the prosthetic restoration protrudes above the gum, provides screwing of single prosthetic structures, preventing tooth turn in the patient's mouth.;8 cl, 15 dwg
