Unit is designed so that to enable rotation of the brush holder and the ring brush with a circle of bristles with protruding bristles. Rotating bristles are deformed elastically by means of a stop device which is immersed into a rotating circle of bristles and made with possibility of adjustment, so that, after release, the bristles treat the surface of the workpiece not only during rotation, but also at the same time as a result of retained kinetic energy released after passage of the stop means.;EFFECT: stop facility and / or annular brush is adjusted depending on roughness of workpiece surface, as a result of which expansion of technological capabilities.;10 cl, 2 dwg
