FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Method of imprinted pryanik manufacturing includes dough kneading, preparation of syrup for impregnation, preparation of syrup for glazing, filling preparation, dough semi-product molding in form, baking, cooling, pryanik decorating and drying. Form is represented by a wooden pryanik form, along the perimeter of which a decorative ornament is additionally made. Pryanik baking is made in the form of food steel made as to size and shape of pryanik. After baking and cooling, horizontal cutting of pryanik in half is performed. Syrup for impregnation is applied onto each half of the pryanik. On the pryanik lower half the filling is applied along the entire perimeter, then the lower halve is glued to the upper half. Besides, before the horizontal cutting of the pryanik, a vertical control mark is applied to ensure uniform adherence of two pryanik halves, after filling, along its entire surface.;EFFECT: invention allows to improve organoleptic properties and consumer characteristics of the cooked imprinted pryanik.;1 cl
