FIELD: test equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of test equipment, in particular to the movable diagnostic facilities, and can be used for the rail track condition monitoring and assessment. Proposed method is implemented on the basis of transport vehicle application in the form of freight car platform that allows considering impact of dynamic rigidity of wheel-rail contact under conditions close to real ones. Disclosed is structural-technical solution for creation of inertial-type adjustable vibration table with application of system of rotating elements interacting with each other with provision of system with possibility to control parameters of vibration excitation due to use of engine and transmission of truck as autonomous power source. Method allows to estimate parameters of rail track at minimum costs for surveys. Method is realized based on use of mechanical disturbance means and is suitable for any weather conditions.;EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of determination of parameters of dynamic rigidity of track in stationary state.;2 cl, 4 dwg
