When examining endometrial specimens obtained by the method of pipelle biopsy on 20–22 days of the menstrual cycle, progesterone and PTEN expression in glands and stroma and number of CD20+ cells in stroma are determined, then prognostic index (PI) is calculated by formula PI=X1×-0.48+X2×-1.5+X3×-23.07+0.87×X4+X5×-1.21+592. If PI is less than 0, high risk of reproductive failures is predicted.
