Building garbage chute is configured to lock lower opening of barrel and controlled overlapping of communication of barrel cavity with atmosphere, wherein in the wall of the lower part of the barrel and / or in the lower gate, there is a window for insertion of hot air into the cavity of the barrel and, coaxially to the window on the wall and / or on the gate, there is a branch pipe for connection of the hot air supply of the disinfecting apparatus to it. Disinfection is carried out by supplying to trunk of garbage duct from below upwards under pressure of hot air heated to temperature of 200 °C, with subsequent control of air temperature and pressure in the barrel cavity.
