FIELD: pulp and paper production.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulp and paper production, particularly, to production of glued fibrous products. Method of preparing a fibrous composition for paper involves contacting cellulose fiber with a sizing composition consisting of a neutral catalyst for polycondensation reaction of resin, a moisture-resistant agent and a nonionic surfactant, in series and/or simultaneously, followed by composition dehydration, pressing and drying.
