FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of recovering used materials from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) by thermal fusion. Method of regenerating high-density polyethylene (HDPE) materials by thermal fusion involves the steps of: grinding used HDPE containers; ground material storage in big-bags; adding crushed material into a washing container; ground material mashing with neutral biodegradable degreaser, wherein washing duration is equal to 10 to 14 min; rinsing the ground material with clean water, wherein the rinsing step lasts for 1–3 minutes; storage of pure milled material in big-bags; introduction, at one time, of clean and dry ground material into mold of furnace for thermal fusion; sintering of material in furnace for thermal fusion for 1 minute at temperature of 170 °C, and during next 7 minutes at temperature in range from 170 °C to 180 °C and obtaining laminated product; extraction of laminated thermally fused product from thermal fusion furnace; laminated thermally fused product pressing; and removing the laminated product in the form of a plate.;EFFECT: technical result is direct production of various regenerated HDPE products and enabling recycling of PC.;24 cl
