Buckling aid (100) for securing a parachutist (20) on the floor or the wall of an aircraft (104), characterized in that the buckling aid (100) has a leg strap connector (101) and a connecting element (102) for detachable connection to a safety harness (105 ) on the floor or the wall of an aircraft (104), the connecting element (102) being selected from an annular, oval or angular metal bracket, or a carabiner, or being formed by a loop of the leg strap connector (101); and the seat belt aid (100) is surrounded by a protective cover (16).
