A tape holder is provided. The tape holder includes: a holder unit with a holder unit body; a rotating unit having an arm pivotally connected to the bracket unit body and a fixed hanging portion provided at the pivot end of the arm, wherein the rotating unit rotates relative to the bracket unit and is fixed in place; and a distance adjusting mechanism provided on the arm and having a movably hanging portion, wherein the movably hanging portion undergoes linear displacement in a longitudinal direction of the arm, and is arranged to adjust its distance from the fixed hanging portion. The mask is therefore not only comfortable to wear, but the head and ears of a person also experience no feeling of pressure.
