Measuring arrangement for the sequential characterization of solar cells of a solar module and method for the sequential characterization of solar cells of a solar module with this measuring arrangement
The invention relates to a measuring arrangement for characterizing solar cells of a solar module. The measuring arrangement comprises a body which contains at least one first hollow cylinder with at least two ring areas. Each ring area extends along the axis of rotation of the first hollow cylinder, consists of an electrically conductive material and is electrically isolated from other ring areas. The body is suitable for rotating about the axis of rotation of the first hollow cylinder. At least two first contact tips protrude outward from the body, each first contact tip being made of an electrically conductive material. Each ring area of the first hollow cylinder is electrically connected to at least one first contact tip. This measuring arrangement enables the sequential measurement of a current for an applied voltage, i. a characteristic of a solar cell, for each solar cell of a solar module in a simple and quick manner by rotating the body of the measuring arrangement and the movement of the solar module and the body of the measuring arrangement relative to one another.
