Disclosed is a device for sports, games, fitness, therapy, rehabilitation or training, which has: a support element, wherein the support element is flexible or bendable or kinkable at least at a plurality of points; the support member having a first end and a second end; wherein the support element can be connected at the first end or in the region of the first end to a wall, a ceiling or to a branch or other suspension device; wherein the support element can be connected to a load at the second end or in the region of the second end; the apparatus further comprising: a first target having a length of 15 to 35 cm; a second target which is 35 to 55 cm in length; a third target which is 40 to 60 cm in length; and wherein the first target, the second target and the third target are held by the support element or are attached thereto or are attachable thereto; wherein the first target is located closer to the first end than the second target and than the third target; the second target being closer to the first end than the third target; wherein the device has a target area, wherein the target area extends along the support member, and wherein the target area comprises at least the first target, the second target and the third target; whereby the device has no load in the target area.
