The shoe (5) comprises a pit surmounted by a floor, and within which a cable actuating element (6) is capable of sliding vertically, said element being provided with an equally vertical rod to which it is directly secured or indirectly said cable, the floor being subjected to the action of springs bearing against the bottom of the pit and by default generating the positioning of the floor in the high position and consequently the maintenance in the locked position of the locking mechanism.
