The invention relates to an electric lock for the folding seat of an automobile which is located in the shell, wherein the electric lock comprises a locking device and a locking element. An integral transmission rod with a locking element is used to move the locking element between the locking position of the locking element and the moving position of the locking element.The actuator is suitable for moving the transmission rod. The transmission rod of the lock can move around the rotation axis and has two arms extending radially from the shaft. The first arm has a handle at its end, and the second arm has a device fixed with the locking element at the end.
