The present innovation relates to a process which makes it possible to paint and / or to apply a colored varnish to a previously metallized injected plastic. The process is applicable in all fields of activity. Metallized plastic brings the advantages of metal, aesthetic and resistance properties, without the disadvantages of metal such as weight and manufacturing costs. The process consists in preparing the metallized plastic by electroplating to receive a black chrome then to be painted and / or varnished. With reference to these images [FIG 1] [FIG 2] [FIG 3], the plastic which has been metallized provides all the advantages of metal with the advantages of plastic without their disadvantages. The method is applicable industrially and makes it possible to reduce the manufacturing costs linked to the metal. By way of nonlimiting example, the method will be applied for the design of glasses. The process will varnish and paint all plastics that can be metallized in all areas of activity.
